3 axis milling

In general, three-axis milling machines are used in the manufacture of simple and medium complexity components. Mainly used for producing mechanical components such as casings, compounds, brackets, covers and other parts.

  • Milling capacity up to 1000(x) x 550(y) x 450(z)mm in total dimensions;
  • Tolerances up to +/-0,0075mm in volume production.

5 axis milling

If complex geometrical parts with multiple-plane elements (drill holes, openings, pockets and threads) are needed, the five-axis machine has two main advantages: a small number of component setups followed by cross-element precision, while the full five-axis processing provides a capability to make high-complexity parts with irregular surfaces, providing them with each other coincidence and high precision.

  • Capacity up to 500(x) x 500(y) x 350(z)mm;
  • Tolerances up to +/-0,0075mm in volume production.

Turning milling

Compared to traditional turning, this technology makes it possible to make not only simple rotational parts (shafts and bushes) but also more sophisticated parts with milled and drilled elements. A component made in one setup provides higher precision and lower production time.

  • Capacity up to D280mm x 700(z)mm (lenght);
  • Tolerances up to +/-0,006mm in volume production.

Multi axis machining

This technology combines turning and five-axis milling in one machining center. This kind of machine is capable of manufacturing complex mill/turned parts with gear elements and other complex-shaped elements in different angles and dimensions. The biggest benefits of such technology are the capability to machine complex parts, high precision, reduced production costs.

  • Tolerances up to +/-0,006mm in volume production.
